Geocoordinates SVY21 to WGS84

Would really appreciate if there is any solution to this!

I have a set of location data that has x and y coordinates but they are based on SVY21 format. Is there any way i can convert it to WGS84 format (lat/lon) so that I can use the map visualization tool to visualize the data?

have managed to get a python script from github instead to convert the XY coord into latlon. was hoping there is a DAX code for this. Thanks all for the assistance!
