Hi,
I have a requirement of computing for the %GT Value based on Securities in the Base table below and display the Top 3 values. However, when the ranking filter is applied, %GT Value recalculates based on the Top 3 selected value only (refer to 2nd table below). Is there a way i can display the %GT values without considering the Top 3 filter (refer to Preferred Output table)?Thank you in advance.
Base table
Security Value %GT Value
C1 44 29.93%
D1 33 22.45%
B1 24 16.33%
A1 23 15.65%
D1 12 8.16%
D2 11 7.48%
Top 3: Visual filter applied
Security Value %GT Value Rank
C1 44 43.56% 1
D1 33 32.67% 2
B1 24 23.76% 3
Preferred Output
Security Value %GT Value Rank
C1 44 29.93% 1
B1 24 22.45% 2
D1 33 16.33% 3

Instead of auto calculation, create a measure instead.
GT Value measure = SUM(yourTable[Value])/CALCULATE(sum(yourTable[Value]),ALL(yourTable))
