Funnel Chart Issues

I am trying to visualize the CRM Sales data in a funnel chart by Stages, However it is not showing properly as expected.

 

Scenario : When no filter is applied

 

Scenario : When Name filter is applied

We can see the Stages are not in a order as in like the CRM stages

1)Qualify

2) Propose
3) Develop

Please refer to the CRM funnel as below:

 

 

Could anyone help me change the necessary formats so as to get the desired output of the funnel.

 

Also is there a way we can create custom visual based  on the data 

Opportunity 
StageAmountID
Qualify 1890001
Propse 2000001
Develop100001
Qualify 2000002
Propse 50002
Develop100002

 

Users 

IDName
1ABC
2XYZ

    Hi SarikaB 

    According to your statement, I know you want to sort your visual by the order you want. The result from your screenshot, your visual is sort by amounts, so it's dynamic. 

    Ex: Quality =1, Develop =2 ...

    I suggest you to create a new Stage table with sort column and use Sort by Column in Column tool.

    Create a relationship between this table and Opportunity table by Stage columns.

    Then sort Stage by sort.

    Create visual by Stage column from Stage table and Amount column from Opportunity table.

    Sort visual by Stage. Result is as below.

      Hello Anonymous ,

       

      Thank you much for replying.

       

      However if I select ABC, the essence of Funnel visual is not satisfying.Please find the screenshot as below.

        Hi SarikaB 

        According to your original post, I think you want to sort your visual by your sort logic Quality =1, Develop =2 ...

        Then we sort the visual by Stage,  the sort is fixed. It is based on the sort column in Stage table. So when you select ABC , you will get this kind of result.
