Functionality in PBI Desktop locked after invoking Tabular Editor

Hi,

I installed Tabular Editor as an external tool and modified my PBI data model that uses import mode only. I created a calculation group with four calculations. For one of the calculations I defined a formatting expression. So far no error, everything works as intended. Now back in PBI Desktop I lost functionality:

• Formatting of any field or measure is locked and can only be done in Tabular Editor from now on.
• I cannot use fields as values in visual anymore relying on auto-aggregations. I need to write explicit measures for everything.

Can anyone confirm this behavior and provide a solution? Workaround is, as mentioned, use Tabular Editor and write measures.
