Frequent issues with Dataset refreshes across different workspaces in power bi

Hello,

I know this is an old post. Just wanted to provide certain inputs that may be useful.

- Restart the capacity (Premium capacity)

- Disable any AI related options if that is not being used
- Setup the Capacity workload based on requirement

- Schedule large datasets at certain times to minimize conflicts with other refreshes.

- Use dataflows to avoid reprocessing the same data in multiple datasets.
- Use Power BI datasets direct query datasets to reuse datasets in reports.
- Also Power BI models needs to be optimized for performance and dataset size.

Please share/add if you have more thoughts on this.
- We also got a dedicated server for Power BI gateway.
