Find out unresponded emails from mailbox

Hello All,

 

I have been working on a BI requirement where in I have to show details from my outlook 365 email.

I have to find out the unresponded / unanswered emails and show some analysis about it.

I am stuck as to how to find out teh unresponded records.

 

Appreciate any ideas on this!!

    HI sub_de,

    AFAIK, current power bi exchange connector will get the summarized records with nested fields and records instead of the general grouped email records in outlook . So I think you may need to do some data shaping and transform before use them.
    If you are not familiar with thee operations, you can also try to use a outlook template file that share from other users to help you analyze these records.
