Filter should show only the items with data in the dashboard should appear in the filter.

Could you please help me on this.

I have a cascading slicer "Product Model selector":

It should show only the products with data in the dashboard should appear in the filter.

I'm not so clear about your descriptions, can you please explain more about these?

How to Get Your Question Answered Quickly  

If you mean filter on slicer content based on another field, you can write a measure to check values based on 'current' product and use it as 'visual level filter' on the slicer.
