The only other piece of information that we would need in order to fully integrate a dynamic navigation menu is being able to see if the page is hidden within power bi. It's the only other attrubute of a page that designers have control over and something we need to make sure we're only dynamically showing the right pages.
Can someone from Microsoft take a look at this?

Hi @pauljevans ,
It is a good idea, while this property "isHidden" is not available for this REST API. The following one is a similar idea shared on Power BI Ideas, you can vote it up and add your comments there to improve Power BI on this feature.
Or you can submit a new idea. It is a place for customers provide feedback about Microsoft Office products . What's more, if feedback is high voted there by other customers, it will be promising that Microsoft Product Team will take it into consideration when designing the next version in the future.
Best Regards

We're using the GetPagesInGroup call for this as it's being used before the page that loads the report. We have access to that flag via javascript getPages() functions on the report rendering page, and that works great. This process above is happening before the user is rendering the report which is why we're running the GetPagesInGroup API call directly on the report.
