Facing Difficulty in configuring Percentage as well as Total on Matrix Table

I need to create a Matrix Table like below , Please Help me to get this sorted . I am having around 50 column also it is dynamic .

@Anonymous It's not easy to add an extra "total" row to a matrix or table. You have 2 options. One, you use a disconnected table for your rows and then construct a measure that determines which row you are in and returns the appropriate calculation. Two, you create a measure for each row and use the "Show on rows" feature of the matrix. Sample data would help to be more specific in terms of the solution.
