Facebook Analytics (connector)
- Anonymous6 years ago
Hi pawelj795,
I'd like to suggest you use a web connector with Facebook API instead. Below is a link with some sample code to use web connector to get data from rest API with authorizations, you can take a look at it if helps.
Pull data from a REST API Authentication

Hi pawelj795 I know this reply is very late. Since there’s no built-in connector for Facebook Ads to PBI, you will have to look for another way. As a workaround, maybe you can use a 3rd party connector, it can save you a lot of time compared to the other options. I've tried windsor.ai, supermetrics and funnel.io. I stayed with windsor because it is much cheaper so just to let you know other options. In case you wonder, to make the connection first search for the Facebook Ads connector in the data sources list:
After that, just grant access to your Facebook Ads account using your credentials, then on preview and destination page you will see a preview of your FB fields:
There just select the fields you need. Finally, just select PBI as your data destination and finally just copy and paste the url on PBI --> Get Data --> Web --> Paste the url.
