Export data via csv or other format from Embedded Powerbi

Newbie Alert !!  😉

I do know this question is like asked multiple times and also one of the most requested feature for embedded powerbi reports. 

Have googled and still various solutions / approaches advised is not that clear; So seeking a proper guidance from this community.

Thank you for your patience.

Issue- Published a powerbi embedded report to one of the customer facing website. There 4 filters on that report.

Customers are complaining that they cant export data from the report for their further reporting needs.

Environment -

our departments ICT service partner - manages the powerbi  Administration and licenses its at P1capacity.

Website is hosted by another govt dept for the Queensland state - So I created the report, exported the public embedded link (iframe content) passed it onto the them and then they used this iframe to display the report.

Website it all under their control.

Any leads ? Please advise.

Are you using embed a report in a secure portal or website method or Power BI embedded analytics solutions method?

How to export data from an embedded PowerBI visualization?

I reckon you're using publish to web and embed codes instead of Power BI Embedded (that's the tag you added). Export data is actually available for Power BI Embedded.
