Post preparing the visualization and adding the options for drill through in right click we could find multiple options which are not required.
How do we disable those extra options while right clicking for drill through.

As far as I know, these are a default functionality in Power BI chart visuals to exclude or include a data-point from the visual for further analysis.
So there is no way to disable these options to end-users currently.
Your demand is a good idea, while it is not supported to implement in Power BI currently.
You can vote up below ideas for this function:

Or you can submit a new idea to improve the Power BI.
