Error: Printing has been disabled by your Power BI tenant admin

Hi 

 

I am using Power BI REST API to export reports but the PDF generated comes with blank pages with message in the middle of the page "Printing has been disabled by your Power BI tenant admin"

 

Note: The print option in tenant ADMIN settings is enabled for all org.

 

Does anyone in community has faced this issues?

    Hi Anonymous 

    Could you export the same report in Power BI Service by this account? Please make sure your account is in the same tenant.

    There are many Export formating in Tenant Setting. Please make sure you have enable export PDF function for entire organization instead of other formats.

      Hi Rico,

       

       

      Thanks for your suggestion.

      The setting you mentioned is all set up properly. I noticed that this happens for only one report and when I use any other report it works fine.

      Also, the error message comes only in the case of PDFs and it works for PPTX, IMAGE etc.

      There are some settings specific to this report which I am missing.
