Error : Failed to update datasource credentials.Credentials are required to connect to odata source

Hi,
My datasource is sharepoint list where I would connect from Power BI using rest API through Odatafeed.
The report is getting refreshed successfully in desktop but once published to service it gives the below messgae in screenshot.There are multiple datasource, few datasource gets updated by the credentials and for few datasource edit credentials throws an error.
Please advise.

PFA the screenshot of error message where for few datasource the credential is working and when I try to update the other datasource its getting the error message.The account which is used for entering credentials has the admin privilege over the site.

Hi @NithyaKB,

Have you tested with the same credentials which you work on the power bi desktop side? Power bi service required you to use the same configurations as the report designed on the desktop. 

In addition, can you please share more detailed information about these? They will help us clarify your scenario and test to troubleshooting.

Yes I have been using the same credentials which has been used to configure the reports in desktop.Additionally the report was getting refreshed till last week without any problem.The refresh problem started all of a sudden.

HI @NithyaKB,

What region that you power bi service host? If these datasource works smoothly at the present and suddenly failed, they may be related to the Azure data center service.

You can contact to power bi team to confirm these scenarios.
