Error 'Couldn't load the data for this visual' in Azure Power BI Embedded within import mode

Greetings, 

Yesterday we faced with issue in 2 of 3 environments for all visualizations on report pages within Power BI Embedded. 
1st enviroment works ok for all users;
2nd enviroment have this mesage for users from USA but works correctly for users from Belarus.
3rd enviroment have this message both for users from USA and Belarus.

Here is the message: 

"Couldn't load the data for this visual. Please try again later. 
Please try again later or contact support. If you contact support, please provide these detatils.
