Error 400 (Bad Request) for access token for new user - PowerBi embedded

Currently our power bi embedded is used a general admin account, so I want to use a dedicated account.
I created the account, attached the Azure application (which is also used with the admin account), I think I gave it the same rights, the login / pass is correct and has a dedicated license
But I have this error 400. Can not find the why. Any ideas ?

    Hi karn ,

     

    Can you tell us in more detail ? about which API/line or code is giving this error ?

     

    Make sure that dedicated account is a PowerBI Pro License account
