Embedding PowerBI to Org Website

Hello,

I am in the process of integrating a PowerBI dashboard into our organization's website. The dashboard will be accessible to both our internal staff and external business partners. It is essential that our business partners are able to view only the data and visualizations relevant to their specific office. Additionally, I want to ensure the dashboard remains interactive, with capabilities such as drill-through and filtering to meet the viewers' specific needs.

I am looking for a low-code approach where I can insert the dashboard into the website as a plug-in. I also have questions regarding the licensing requirements for viewers, especially considering the mix of internal and external users. Is it necessary for each individual viewer to possess a PowerBI license? Alternatively, is it feasible to assign one license per office, allowing multiple viewers from the same office to share a single license?

I am looking for the most efficient and cost-effective way to manage PowerBI viewing licenses under these circumstances. Any guidance or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
