Embedded report works perfectly in new clean web app, and errors in existing web app

Hello, 

I have seen a few posts regarding "This content isnt available" but the problems were misconfigurations.

I can successfuly embed the report in a new web app that contains only the embedded report, but as soon as i COPY PASTE the code to my existing web app, the report returns "This content isnt available".

 

Any ideas on why that is happening ? 

I use a new access & embed token each run, the report is live in my pro account and i have the suitable permission (again, the embedding works perfectly in a clean environment).

I thought maybe production apps are being recognized and blocked if there is no capacity, but my app is not yet in production.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi danielmillion,

    It is hard to troubleshooting from your description without any detailed informations. Can you please share more detailed information about these issues? (e.g. snapshot, error message, configurations...)
