Embedded Powerbi - limit 1 request every 15 seconds

I have created a page that has an embedded powerbi report, used in combination with an edit page. After editting, I call "report.refresh()". Works very well but unfortunately this can happen more than once in 15 seconds. Can this limit be changed anywhere?
