Base on your description, it seems like you're experiencing with Embedded PowerBI on iOS and iPadOS devices. Could you please provide the following info for further troubleshooting?
- Did you make any change on the dashboard or report?
- Try Chrome or Firefox if available on their devices to view it
- Please clear the cache and cookies of browser
- Update the version of browser or system to latest one

Hello, we are having the same issue. Our embeded power bi reports doesn't work on Apple devices below ios version 17. We tried also viewing the reports on Chrome, Firefox; cleared the cache and cookies but only solution was updating the ios version. But this is becoming a real issue because most of our users' ipads are old and we can't ask them to upgrade to version 17 because they can't. Users just see a blank page like below.
