Embedded PowerBI unstable on iOS, iPadOS
We have been using Embedded PBI for several years. Recently, there have been some production incidents where our users cannot load PBI dashboards on their iPhones and iPads. We haven't received any reports from Android devices, but this could be due to our user base being skewed towards Apple devices.
We raised the issue with Azure support, and they informed us that Embedded PBI doesn't support zooming on Apple devices. However, we are now also seeing occasional instances where users can't even load the dashboards.
Could you please suggest ways to improve and debug this issue?

I'm sorry to hear that. We haven't found any solutions so far and feel like we're at the mercy of Apple.

Thanks. Yeah, it's like if your apple device isn't a couple years old, you can't use Power BI in it.

Hello, we are having the same issue. Our embeded power bi reports doesn't work on Apple devices below ios version 17. We tried also viewing the reports on Chrome, Firefox; cleared the cache and cookies but only solution was updating the ios version. But this is becoming a real issue because most of our users' ipads are old and we can't ask them to upgrade to version 17 because they can't. Users just see a blank page like below.

Thank you for your prompt reply. In this specific incident, the user was running iOS 16.1.1, and we have asked the user to upgrade to supported versions from Apple, such as 17 or 18.
Meanwhile, we are using powerbi-client-angular 3.0.5 and powerbi-client 2.22.3. We are wondering if there are any technical methods to collect user statistics, such as success or failure rates in loading the dashboard, so that we can analyze the patterns and minimize issues.

In addition, could you please confirm if this website is correct? Do we need to set Prevent Cross-Site Tracking to Off?
