Embed Q&A

I am trying to embed the Q&A feature for web apps and I need to fill the following portion

I need to get the embed token, URL and Dataset ID to proceed, but i am quiet confused with the procedure.  I saw a video which asked me to get the client ID by signing in to https://dev.powerbi.com/apps. I see the following portion :

I am quite confused about what to fill in redirect URL and Home Page URL. From where do I get them?
