Editable Table in published power bi dashboard

I have a task to create an empty table in power bi dashboard and make it editable after being published by the users and it does the table operations like add columns, etc. I have issues with using power apps . Is there any other possible ways to complete this request.

The only other option at the moment is to use third party paid visuals. These visuals will take your data, process it outside of Fabric, and push the changes into your data source after you create the permissions.

If this doesn't sound suspect to you then feel free to expose all your data to the interwebs give this a try.
