Dynamic selection of current month value in filter basis on latest available data

Hi date-month filter and RLS implimented in dashbaord basis on geo location for few geo locations we have latest data till Jan-20 and for few it's till Feb-20 and for few it's till  March 20 now we want whenever user loggs in user should be able to see only one month data basis on latest available month data which means if we have latest data for Russia location for March 20 then user having access on Russia data should see March 20 selected in filter with data filter for that month only ?
