Dynamic infographic image for every record in a table.

I have a student admission which has 6 different phases with lead time in every phase.  I would need a graphical representation with dates in an image.  This should be repeated for every student and depending on the timelines in every stage image for that student should change colours for eg., green for achieved on time, amber for 2 days delay and red when the delay is more than 2 days.  Can anyone pls let me know how to achieve this in Power BI.
