Hi All,
Thanks in advance for any help you're able to provide.
Ultimately, my goal is to create alert emails that are sent when a threshold is met, however there's a twist.
I have a standardized metric for each office that I'd like to base the alert on. When a threshold is met, I want the email to be sent to the owner/manager of that office. To simplify this, say I have a single table:
Owner | Office | Metric |
michael@gmail.com | 001 | 0.7 |
melinda@gmail.com | 002 | 1.4 |
jane@gmail.com | 003 | 0.4 |
joe@gmail.com | 004 | 1.2 |
Say my threshold for the metric is 1. Any row greater than 1, I want to send an email to the Owner with something simple like "Metric for Office [Office] has reached [metric]". In the above example, I would want the owners of Office 002 and 004 emailed.
Power BI Data Driven Alerts in Flow appear to work with a single metric in a card or gauge, rather than being able to take a table and send an alert for each row that passes the threshold. How do I send multiple alerts to a dynamic audience based on a table of values, rather than a single summarized card value?
Thanks in advance!
