Download the report from power bi service

can I download the report from the power bi service to the desktop if the source was a cloud or on-premise server? and what are the permissions I need to have to do this?

Hi,

  If you publish a report from Power BI Desktop and if you have contributor and above permission to the workspace then you can download the report from Power BI service and it can be cloud or on-prem data.
