Does the Fabric API supports updating Power BI App in the deployment pipeline?

Hi team, with the original Power BI REST API https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/rest/api/power-bi/pipelines/selective-deploy, there is an option to updateApp in the workspace. Now, with the Fabric API, https://github.com/microsoft/fabric-samples/blob/main/features-samples/fabric-apis/DeploymentPipelin... , I'm wondering if that functionaility is also supported. If it doesn, what is the syntax I should use in the api call?

Thanks for reaching out to the Microsoft fabric community forum.

As of now, the Microsoft Fabric REST API does not support the updateApp functionality within deployment pipelines, which was available in the original Power BI REST API.

But you can still utilize Fabric REST API to automate deployment pipeline, Please check this document to check out all the currently supported features related to Fabric API:
