Deneb Stacked Bar Chart with Shaded Future Area

Hi Experts,
I have a stacked column chart having continuous x-axis and a shaded area for future dates as below:
Shaded area start date is determined by a measure.

We have a requirement where we need more markers on x-axis for easier reading. Thats possible but then I can't display the future area shaded as x-axis constant lines are only possible in continuous x-axis and not in categorical.
Can someone guide me on how to acheive the below  using Deneb :

Hi @AwesomePowerBI ,

I think you can try to add a DimDate table and create a relationship between it and your data table. Then you can use date column from DimDate table and select "Categorical" function to try again.
