Hello,
I am trying to understand how PowerBI Template Apps work, especially regarding the possibility of sharing across tenants.
Let's say I have a tenant A ( Author) and a tenant C (Consumer).
I can create PowerBI Template Apps in tenant A, then advance them at the pre-production level.
This creates a link that I can share.
Inside tenant C, he can use the link I provided to install the app ( provided that he has the rights to install Apps outside of AppSource), connect to data and do his thing.
What happens if I don't want tenant C to access the app anymore?
Is there a way for me to "revoke" the access while being inside tenant A?
Note: I am aware of the fact I can remove the app from inside tenant C, but this is a different use case.
I haven't tried this myself, but I think can you manage it here:
https://<tenant>.powerbi.com/groups/<workspace id>/shared-views/report/<report Id>
That is, go to report in the workspace. Click share. Then click Access. At the bottom there is a link to see shared reports.
