Delete Report In Group fails with 401

Application has granted "Read and Write all Reports" right.

But Delete Report In Group https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/rest/api/power-bi/reports/deletereportingroup fails with 401 Unauthorized

What permission are required to DELETE report in group REST API call ?
