Hello,
I have 2 date slicers, Purchase date and Charged-off date, and I want end-users to only be able to slice one date at a time. Meaning If I slice Purchase date I shouldn't be able to slice Charged-off date and vise-versa. My slicers are using between. Please help on this.

Not possible . You could use bookmarks and a pair of radio buttons that force users to choose one or the other scenario before they can use the slicer, but that will make for a horrible UX.
Change your requirement. Educate your users how to use both slicers.
