Hello all,
I am having trouble connecting my Dataverse table to PowerBI. I keep getting the following message:
The only issue is that the fields listed don't exist in the Dataverse Table. I think I have narrowed down the problem, but I am not sure how to remedy it. There are three similarly named fields, and all of them are a LOOKUP column to the AAD Table. I have other LOOKUP columns in my table and those seem to be working fine, however they don’t refer to the AAD Table.
I have updated my PowerBI application to the latest version already and have also removed the cache to help fix the problem. Unfortunately, nothing has worked so far.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
HI @Anonymous,
AFAIK, these data connectors are designed based on rest API. They will get the common tables that the Rest API can be viewed and they may not be compatible and recognized correctly with custom fields.
For this scenario, you can contact to power bi team to report this or try to use a web connector and correspond rest API to manually get data.
Regards,
Xiaoxin Sheng
