DataSource 404, Esri is not supported in Embedded scenario

getting datasource 404 for tile embed and Esri is not supported error even though the tiles only contain charts 

 

Context:

Angular 10

powerbi-client 2.14.1

Browser: Firefox & Chrome (latest versions)

 

404:

Resource URL: https://content.powerapps.com/resource/powerbiwfe/scripts/powerbiportal.dependencies.externals.bundl...

 

Can be reproduced on the embed playground check the console when embedding the tile.

Note* the 404 does not occuer in the network tab only the console and the resource does exist, The rendering/implemntation is not being effected. Just trying to figure out why this is happening.
