Data refresh takes a long time in PowerBi

We have an Azure Pay-As-You-Go subscription. Our server and website are hosted on Azure. Of late we have been experiencing issues with server responsiveness. Our website load time has increased significantly. Whenever we try to refresh our PowerBi dashboards, it takes a considerable amount of time to fresh rows from the database with a 1000 rows taking more than 10 minutes. So we would like your assistance in troubleshooting these issues by reviewing the services we are currently subscribed to if they are affecting performance in any way.
