Data refresh not working in web app. Works OK in desktop application

I have created some PowerBI reports using the PowerBI Desktop App.  This works as expected, but when I try to use the report in the Web App it will not refresh the data and I get the error below.  The data is in a local SQl database.  The login credentials for the SQL Database all look correct.  Any help would be gratefully appreciated.

Data source errorScheduled refresh is disabled because at least one data source is missing credentials. To start the refresh again, go to this dataset's settings page and enter credentials for all data sources. Then reactivate scheduled refresh. HI @GMW-60,

I'd like to suggest you take a look at the support page if your scenario is similar to the known issues:

Support | Microsoft Power BI

Spoiler
Power BI customers using dataflows may experience long running refreshes or refreshes stuck in cancelling state. As a workaround, please refer to the Power BI Dataflow known issues documentation. Engineers have identified the root cause and expect a fix to be deployed by end-of-day 06/30/2022.
