Data Entry possible in Power BI for End users

Hello Deelip_burla,
Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Fabric Community Forum and thanks to lbendlin for highlighting the concept of translytical task flows a very relevant approach in this context. To clarify and expand on this:Power BI itself does not support direct data entry (i.e., users typing into tables or visuals inside a report). However, you can achieve this experience using a translytical task flow, which combines data entry and reporting in one interface by embedding a Power App inside your Power BI report. Please refer the following official documentation: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-apps/maker/canvas-apps/powerapps-custom-visual

Hi Deelip_burla , You can use Power Apps for this:
Create a Power App (Canvas app) for data entry.
Embed it in Power BI using the Power Apps visual.
Connect the app to your data source.
Store a connected Excel file in OneDrive or SharePoint.
Allow users to edit the Excel data.
Power BI refreshes the report from that Excel (use scheduled refresh or Power Automate).
Regards,
Azad

The PowerApps route will result in a very bad UX, unless you use a Direct Query data source which in turn requires ALL your report users to have a PowerApps Premium license.
