Customize Font for all visuals, including subtotals of Matrix

I would need to create a json file in which I would like to extend the "Arial" font for each element of my dashboard (filters, tables, charts, pivots, etc.), especially including the subtotals of the matrix (pivots), that seems to be not included when I use my JSON file. In fact that's good for all but not for subtotals of Matrix:

Thank u for your answer, but it doesn't work. The code change the background but the font of subtotals is still not Arial.
