Custom visuals (self developed) not being initialized in dashboard

Wednesday last week our custom visuals stopped being initialized in our dashboard.

If we click the empty tile in our dashboard, the visual is loaded correctly in the report and if we navigate back to the dashboard the visual is loaded.

We have not made any changes to the visuals lately.
