Custom visuals not visible from power bi embedded

Hi,

I have problem with importing custom visuals that I want to have in my report from my app that uses power bi embedded. 

If I from the Power BI Dektop or Power BI Service import some custom visuals to the list of available visuals in a report and press save but NOT use them in the report then they are NOT visible from the embedded version. They are still there in the report if I open it from Power BI Service though.

If I add/use the custom visual in the report canvas then I can see the visual from available list of visuals. But if I edit the report and remove the use of the visual from embedded view then the visual will also dissapear from the list of available visuals. 

Since there is no possiblity to import custom visuals from power bi embedded how can solve this?
