This was my first custom visualization for PBI and I was looking for feedback from anyone who is interested.
The gist of it is you input a Lat, Long, Value and Name and it will generate a globe and bars at the locations. The top 10 bars (or less if you have less than 10 rows) will have a label created on the globe.

Per suggestions, I updated this visual to allow users to set the global lighting color, the databar color (currently sets all bars to one color), and the background color.
Here are some examples (albeit a bit flashy).
