Custom visual doesn't load on power service

Hello! 

Developers in our company created custom visualisation, which works perfectly on Power BI Desktop and Dashboard but it doesn't work well in report:

When we visit report page in Reading view, our custom visualisation is blank (no errors, just  white blank). However, if we click on Edit report, then visualisation works. If we again click on Reading view, custom visual still works. But if I refresh the page, there is again just blank visualisation.

Did anyone has similar problems? Can we somehow fix this issue?
