Custom map for Canadian provinces and US States in Filled Maps

I'm wondering if this exists already: a json for a custom map to use in the Filled Maps visual that includes both Canadian provinces AND US states. I'd like to have one visual for both countries instead of having two distincts visuals. TYIA
