Custom Visuals - How to draw world map with d3 with coordinates

I have a working code for world map with d3 in vanilla js but i not able to put that in power bi visuals. Any suggestions?

You can take a look at the d3.js custom visual(it can be worked with d3 js) if it is suitable for your requirement:
