Hi  mastone ,

 

Ensure that the Develop  a Visual option is enabled in Power BI Desktop

You can click on File—>Option and Settings—>Options—>Diagnostics—>Enable tracing – >Collect diagnostic information， then you will find the Power BI log files.

Try clicking F12 in your browser to open the Developer Tools window, and click the Console tab to see any logs or errors that may have been generated by the custom visual object.
