Hi Nishantjain ,

 

Publish Power BI visuals to Partner Center 

Please refer to the process of submitting custom visuals. The document does not indicate that only companies can submit.

I thought that too. But the "note" in this link

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/developer/visuals/office-store#submitting-to-partner-center

suggests that you can only use "work email" to register a new account. 

 

And when you try to register a new account, this link 

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/office/dev/store/open-a-developer-account#create-an-account-using-the-partner-center-enrollment-page

clear states that you need a company account that can be verified. 

 

Am I missing anything?
