Creating graph visual

I want to create a visual like the following.

is it possible on power bi?

I've tried searching in Power BI Visuals but haven't found it.
Have any colleagues experienced this?

There is no such visual in Power BI default visualizations pane. You may try the following methods:

1. Search the custom visual in AppSource:

Business Apps – Microsoft AppSource

2. Find the suitable sample in Github
