Creating a DialGauge Showing Target Lines for Each 12 Month

Hi,

I know this question is going to be tricky!!

I need to create a DialGauge but in a way that the Target Lines are based on 12 months of the year.

Questions:

1) The DialGauge is only showing Five Target Lines by default. Would it be able to show 12 months Targets lines on the Gauge.

2)  How would I show the specific measure as the Pointer on the Chart so when the total car sold value is within Jan, the pointer (Arrow) will show on top of January or within Jan-Feb.
