Create cards for selected filters (i.e. slicers

Hi, 

I want to create some cards to display the values I have selected in the slicers. Not table or matrix because the values selected will affect the results. The purpose is just to remind people what have been selected. Or if there is an option in Table or Matrix to disable clicks. 

I can figure out the one for age: create two cards, one shows the minimum value of age and one show the maximum. 

But I don't know how to create cards that shows the distinct values of the selected dataset. Note: Multi-selection is allowed.
