Connectors - Undelying differences between Premium and Non-Premium Capacities

Hello all. Allow me to preface the conversation by saying I do understand the differences and I have read the "Pricing and Product Comparison" published by Microsoft. My question is because we have premium capacity, so most of our workspaces fall there, and we are having issues when connecting to SAP BW but only when using this connector on premium capacity.

If you setup the very same report using the very same connection BUT in a non-premium workspace ? Report does not display data. If you upgrade the workspace from Pro -> Premium per capacity ? Report does not display data.

Only when the connector is hosted in a Pro workspace.

Since it is SAP BW, we are using a onpremise data gateway, so my suspicion has to do with those reserved instances premium capacity makes use of, but I cannot pinpoint the direction on what to change other than the obvious use of Pro.

Has anybody experience something like this, even with other connectors ?

Thanks !

Hi @xembledev ,

Based on your description, the issue may be related to the gateway. Can you check the status of the gateway to see if the gateway is offline and try to restart the gateway service.

Best Regards,
Liang
